So what the hell happened to mutual trust? She gave you her loyalty, but you ditched it for lust. Now I walk in the shadow, the shadow of the past Just letting you know, she ain't never coming back. And when Alice falls Down the rabbit hole I'll be her Cheshire Cat To help her on that path 'cause Hey you, you're the Queen of Hearts, And I'm the Cheshire Cat To help the lost sole that you created Find her way back. I'm walking in shadow The shadow of the past Just letting you know She ain't never coming back! Hey you, you're the Queen of Hearts, And I'm the Cheshire Cat To help the lost sole that you created Find her way back. Alice won't you please come back I'm losing track I'm losing track!

Mr. Wok Man 02:21
It's 1 am. and I'm lying on my bathroom floor, Getting soaked in sweat and methane. I'm so dehydrated, deprived of my water and my girl, Imprisoned in these vomit-laced walls, And I just gotta get out! Don't eat at Sakura Unless it's your last time with her Can't you see I'm dying Mr. Wok Man! It's 3 am. and they got me strapped up in this ER! Being forced to watch Antique Roadshow I must be going insane it's eating away at my brain! At least I still have thoughts of her But they can't help me now And I just gotta get out. I am so alone Will someone please help me now Don't eat at Sakura Unless it's your last time with her Can't you see I'm dying Mr. Wok Man! Mr. Wok Man! I still want to kill you... Mr. Wok man

This is a song for whoever is weak in the brain, For the ones who are smart but still insane, Like me, have you ever tried climbing a tree, And failed and tried to climb the same exact way again. I'm mentally unstable And yet I'm able to understand what is the truth And what is bogus Brain is watered down tea Just because I question the American Dream I'm mentally unstable

I Wanna Know 02:34
So what is peace, is it just security? What is freedom in your sacred plutocracy? We give it our all, they found the cure for cancer, But they don't industrialize because they lie To buy more Corvettes I wanna know Why do you talk about change, when history repeats itself? Why do we even try to climb back out of these holes we delve Why don't you stop saying "WE", When all you care about is Wall Street I wanna know

You think you'll fulfill yourself If you follow the path they make Tell yourself it'll make you better Here's what I say: Let it happen give it up Throw away your aspirations and your love You'll find out eventually that safe is not the way. Safe is not the way Stop thinking about tomorrow and Start thinking about today. So you tried being you, Kicking off your shoes But all you got were the wrong stares And you're too aware It's easy to find a place you belong If you give up on What you believe in I'm giving up on you I'm giving up on you Stop thinking about tomorrow and Start thinking about today. I'm giving up on you Yeah safe is not the way Stop thinking about tomorrow and Start thinking about today. So you tried being you, Kicking off your shoes But all you got were the wrong stares And you're too aware

about

This album took, after all is said and done, four years in the making. High school makes things hard to do. It also creates some shitty bands. But we're trying our best.
We have a lot of thanking to do. This is the first record we've ever put out, and getting here, especially since we were doing so while in high school, has been one ferocious, drawn-out, but perfectly twisted plot line. Those take a lot of effort to create, as well as a lot of feelings, growing, and ethical changes. Therefore, we have many people to thank (if we missed you, thank you anyway). Thanks to: parents, for supporting us even when disagreeing with our statements, tactics, and lifestyle; Matt's parents especially for giving us a place to practice and share ideas at; our brothers from the Canton scene who have given us so many motivating words; everyone from our DIY family here in Akron, for showing us how to be a part of a community; Paul "Larry Gitus" Sullivan, who is always happy to whip out his tromboner at our demand; anyone who has bought our merch; anyone who has given us negative feedback; Wes Meadows for recording that single of ours on the low; and finally, to Jim Ballard. You have been an incredible mentor while producing this EP. Thank you for teaching us new things as well as letting us be ourselves. To everyone else, thank you thank you THANK YOU.
